Customer Support Agent - German Speaking

Proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to operate modern communication tools, including CRM systems, social media platforms and other modern software tools.
Ability to work independently, reliably, and manage tasks efficiently.
If applicable, we consider the necessary language skills to be essential. If language skills cannot be credibly demonstrated, we will refrain from further processing.
Previous experience working with German clients.
Interest in health-oriented supplements and teas.
